For Valentine's Day, Tim ordered these beautiful flowers:
And these are the flowers that I got:
Note that they are in my vase, not one from the florist. Also, the box they were delivered in (via UPS) said that if the flowers were dry, to put them in water for 8-12 hours and they would perk right up. This picture was taken about 10 hours after putting them in water.
Such sad flowers.
I am happy to say that after a half dozen phone calls and emails to 1-800-Flowers, Tim got a full refund today.
